We stayed overnight in this beautiful fall New England setting at the nearby Barrows House Inn, which has the same ownership. We had dinner and breakfast at the Dorsett Inn and restaurant. The grilled pork with a hint of mint was delicious. The wait staff was attentive and friendly. I asked for the most popular cabernet and she recommended the Charles Krug, which was superb! We enjoyed the service as much as the gorgeous fall colors!

Wonderful experience! The food was delicious and flavorful. The service was top-notch; attentive without being overbearing, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. What really stood out was the staff—Brett and Olivia were warm and welcoming. We would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food and service.

This was quite the unique experience. There is an outdoor firepit to sit and relax by. Inside the bar area was small but cozy. We were in the dining area a bit too close to other tables. But the salmon and swordfish entrees were delicious. Fresh and robust flavors. The cheesecake was light and melted in your mouth. Great dining experience.

The Copper Grouse is a very nice restaurant in the Kimpton Taconic Hotel. We stayed overnight at the hotel and had both dinner and then breakfast at the Copper Grouse. It is definitely more expensive than a normal restaurant given it is in a hotel, but our dinner was good and our breakfast was delicious. I had the French Toast and it was, amazing. Our servers were very polite and attentive and the overall atmosphere is very upscale. I would recommend stopping by if you are in town.

The Copper Grouse is one of the nicest restaurants in Manchester. The restaurant is located within the Kimpton Taconic and is absolutely beautiful inside. We've had breakfast and dinner here many times, and like how the menu is unique to Vermont cuisine. They do a fantastic job at changing it around frequently as well. The food has always been outstanding, the dozen or so times that we have eaten here. Needless to say, we'd highly recommend the Copper Grouse!

We had our Christmas lunch here. Love the Chilean sea bass, perfectly prepared. Best dish I will say in my trip of Manchester. Beautiful setting, elegant hotel!

We went here for Mother’s Day and had the best time. The food was amazing, especially croque madame, the restaurant was very beautiful and tasteful. Our waitress was the star of the show. She was personable, offered crackers to a younger member dining with us who was feeling a little nauseous from the ride in. She gave excellent recommendations and checked in just enough but not too much. Very impressed especially given that Mother’s Day can be a busy holiday for brunch

Food was absolutely amazing. Had shareable's off the Chef Special menu and they were amazing!!! Maple Pork Chop was fantastic and the flavor and garnish were perfect. Service matched well with the food!!!
